This Privacy Policy explains how Casino Quitter collects, uses, and protects information when you use the application. Casino Quitter is developed by Active Perceptions LLC and is designed to keep your personal recovery data stored locally on your device whenever possible.
Casino Quitter stores your monitored locations, support contacts, recovery progress, notes, streak information, recorded losses, and app settings locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to Active Perceptions LLC and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Casino Quitter uses your device's location services to detect when you are near locations that you have chosen to monitor. This enables reminders and accountability notifications when you approach those locations.
Your precise location is processed locally on your device for geofence monitoring. Casino Quitter does not upload your precise GPS location to our servers.
Casino Quitter uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage information that helps improve the app's reliability, performance, and user experience.
Analytics information may include app launches, feature usage (such as adding monitored locations), app version, device model, operating system version, and general diagnostic information. We do not use Firebase Analytics to collect or transmit your monitored locations, precise GPS coordinates, support contacts, recovery notes, recorded gambling activity, or other personal content stored within the app.
Casino Quitter uses Google Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to better understand how the application is used and to improve future versions of the app.

Recovery notes, tracked days, recorded losses, monitored locations, support contacts, and other personal information entered into the app remain stored locally on your device. Active Perceptions LLC does not have access to this information.
Casino Quitter is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
